Role plays via ‘phone.  This is where you can gather confidence and critique by calling us to test your approaches, techniques, styles and effectiveness.

£300.00 per month.

Custom.

22 emails per month.

22 telephone calls per month.

4 active calls from us – 1 per week, time to be agreed, where we call and review the week’s/month’s progress and goal attainment.

Recording of goals and objectives.

Recording of issues and challenges.

Supply of management tools.  Management of forecasts on an agreed duration basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly). 

Assessments of tactical marketing activities. 

Tracking of marketing activities, pipelines and deals won.

Sales and marketing – strategic and tactical but managed under a single plan.  Discussions and dialogue are put into a wider business context.

Can also include role plays, business audits, promotional planning and reviews.

Role plays can be engaged in wider circles advancing towards sales processes.

Reviews of proposals.

£1,000.00 per month.

Ad-hoc or bolt on services.

Business Plans.

Supply of templates and tools, plus reviews and fine tuning.  Dragon’s Den style appraisal and sign off.

We supply a business planning template.  It’s then passed to you to start completing.  At the end of each stage, we review the quality of your responses and if necessary, go back over it until it is ready for investment.

Flat rate for the first 24 hours of work, is @ £75.00 per hour.  Thereafter, by negotiation.  Please be aware that;

 Planning – depending on business size and complexity can take 3-5 days, sometimes longer.

It is possible, however, to produce a full plan inside of 8 hours, assuming that all required data, knowledge and insight is to hand.

Business plans and all types of plan, never end – good businesses review their plans regularly, against actual performance and make appropriate adjustments where needed.

Deal Architecting.

Assistance with proposals, presentations, financial and business case development and large bid preparation.

£75.00 per hour.
